Vinyl Designs, Inc. Three Year Limited Labor Warranty
Vinyl Siding, Soffitt, & Fascia Warranty Information
Vinyl Designs Inc. will repair defects that may arise with their new vinyl siding and/or soffit and fascia that was a direct result of faulty or incomplete installation of the vinyl siding, soffit, and fascia at no cost to the original purchaser of the vinyl siding and/or osffit, and fascia for three years from the date of completion of installation.
Any claims for defects under this warranty must be submitted in writing to Vinyl Designs Inc. at 5433 Stationers Way, Sacramento, CA 95842, within the warranty period and promptly after discovery of the claim defect, describing the defect and a picture of the defect. If after inspection, Vinyl Designs, Inc. determines that the claim is valid in accordance with the terms of this warranty, Vinyl Designs Inc. agrees, at its sole option, to repair, refinish or replace the damaged area affected by any faulty or incomplete installation. The oligation of Vinyl Designs Inc. under this warranty shall be performed only by persons designated and compensated by Vinyl Designs, Inc. for that purpose and is subjected to all other provisions of this warranty.
The original warranty period shall not be extended by any such work performed, but the remaining warranty time period shall continue in effect and be applicable under the terms and conditions of this warranty to the warranty work performed. Vinyl Designs, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or change any material originally used on original installation. If any of the vinyl siding and/or soffit and fascia material originally installed is not available and Vinyl Designs Inc. determines it needs to be replaced, Vinyl Designs, Inc. shall have the right to substitute a part or material designated by Vinyl Designs, Inc. to be of equal quality.
Vinyl Designs, Inc. does not warranty the vinyl siding and/or soffit, and fascia for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any other damages, including but not limited to normal weathering, oxidation, acts of god, fire, flood, wind, wind blown objects, chemical pollutants, structural defects, negligent maintenance, or abuse.
The provisions of this warranty are the full and complete warranty policy extended by Vinyl Designs, inc.
The warranty shall remain in effect only if normal cleaning practices are performed for maintenance of the vinyl siding and/or soffit and fascia. This warranty will be null and void if hte vinyl siding and/or soffit and fascia has been physically altered by anyone other than persons authorized by Vinyl Designs, Inc. or if harmful cleaning compounds are used.
This warranty is only for services that have been paid in full.
